  I initially posted a negative review of Woodheat. I was a disgruntled stove buyer that had some issues with a stove I paid top dollar for. I changed my review because Dean and Woodheat made sure ALL parts that were left to be repaired were fixed and taken care of under warranty. Todd and his helper came by twice to take care of me and get my stove back up and running. I can't say enough good things about Todd and the helper that came by and made sure things were replaced and fixed correctly! Now I have my stove back!!! Thanks for the help!

  This company is the worst in the world. No communication with their customers and they treat their customers like they are an inconvenience. I would recommend going any where else for parts or replacment.
