  I have bought two Siberian Huskies from this store and my experience was wonderful. Very healthy dogs from the time I purchased them. Staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. As to everyone else who seems to just want to say negative things just to feel important, I can tell you that you’re probably a miserable person with nothing better to do than to feel like you’re making a difference; trust me, you’re not. I keep reading that people say these puppies are “lethargic” but what I don’t see is actual knowledge. Puppies need many hours of sleep everyday and when there are people consistently waking up and banging on their kennel and petting them, they aren’t getting enough sleep. Most of you are mistaken “lethargic” for a tired puppy. Think if someone would keep waking you up every 20 minutes, I’d venture to say you’d be “lethargic” too. Others have posted they are hungry and not getting enough attention? I’m pretty sure they are fed. Again those statement are just false. Another person complained about puppies having no suppervison over night...? This is a complete joke, dogs are competely okay to sleep through the night. Dogs that are taken care of usually won’t have problems that need supervision throughout the night. All in all, this place is wonderful. The people complain are just miserable, useless, and want to feel important. Thanks for reading, and I hope you continue to hate:)

  This store has been under investigation because they sell sick puppies. I bought a German shepherd about 4 years ago and it was extremely sick that I had to take it to the vet. The vet said if he didn't get the attention as soon as possible he could have died. I return the dog because it cost too much money for me to treat it. If you are looking to rescue a dog, this would be a good place to go to. I don't give a price to a dog because to me they are like my best friends. BUY HERR *TO RESUCE THIS DOGS, AND SUMIT COMPLAINS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. *

  This store has baby pups in the front show window shivering because it's so cold. Shame on you! This store needs to be shut down and the Humane Society needs to be called in. This is animal abuse. Those poor little pups don't have a voice so someone needs to speak for them. How cruel ! EVERYONE PLEASE SHARE THIS! We got to the mall at approx 7pm when I noticed 2 puppies in the window at the Pet Shop at Palmer Park mall in Palmer Twsp. According to other shoppers, the dogs have been alone for much longer than that, which security later confirmed. NO FOOD, only large hamster water bottles attached to the wall. I called the cops who responded and took a report. 2 hours later I located security who advised they have been having heating issues in the store. Security was able to contact the manager, Amanda, who stated they were fine. I then got on the phone with her and she explained they've been closed since 5pm. I told her that is not acceptable. They do not open again until 10am, which she then told me "that's what they do, they sleep in their pen." I told her the dogs are freezing. She said the heat was the same in the window as it was in the store...I also told her I've had dogs all my life and never have any of them slept from 5pm-10am...This is a effing outrage!!! That's 17 hours. I told her I will be in touch with the dog warden and will wait in my car until someone responds to remove these poor puppies. I then said, "they have no voice, something needs to be done," to which she laughed and hung up on me. This place is hell for these poor dogs!!! Please spread the word and let's get this out there and save these poor babies!!!
