  (Summary at the bottom) For a long time I use to love coming here because the manager was a really nice woman. She always gave me extra promotional items they were throwing away when I would pre-order a game and would always let me know when something new was happening or coming out. Now that management has changed, they've completely lost vested interest in their customers. I pre-ordered a game several months in advance for PC because I was siked about the trailer. I come in to put my money down the night of the release, and they had pre-ordered the wrong version on hold. So I had to wait a whole day for them to get another copy because they couldn't listen to me in the first place. I'm a person who collects gaming posters because I enjoy looking at game art and blanketing my room with them. I would check in often to see if a poster I wanted would be available the day they would take them down to recycle the next set of promotional posters. But, every time I put my name on a poster, someone else would take it even though I explicitly asked for it. It was mine, claimed, and waiting for me, and they gave it to someone else. This has happened several times, and various times their stories have changed from, "I don't know man, it's first come first serve," to, "Employees have first dibs on posters," and then to, "We don't reserve names for posters anymore," and back to, "Yeah man, I'll totally put your name on the poster and call you when we take it down!" They never call me, they give away their posters even though they are claimed, and constantly change their word. Summary: As a long time customer at this store, they have steadily declined in performance and service. Professionally, they are unreliable and untrustworthy as they screw up your pre-orders, say one thing, and do another. Secondarily, their trade-in services are ridiculous and vastly unworthy of even considering. I'm severely disappointed with this shop. I'll stick to shopping online from now on.

  Went in to this store in Easton for a gift for my nephew yesterday, 01/01/18, and loved the neatness of the store but the lady that was on staff was not very pleasant or at least didn't show an interest towards my being there for purchase. I like giving places second chances, so maybe in the future a different staff will be more polite and interested in their customers.
