  Across the board, Boscov's Palmer is a go-to department store large enough to compete with the big box stores while maintaining its small town charm. A hidden gem that can be found within the store is their Furniture Department. Our knowledgeable and professional, no pressure consultant David Taveras, led us through the myriad of bed choices pointing out the pros and cons of each. Even though we waited a week before returning for our purchase, David remembered us as though we stepped away only 15 minutes earlier. Because of his excellent salesmanship, we bought a bed and accessories at a very good price. Go see David; you will not be disappointed.

  Nice layout to the store. Easy to find products & friendly personnel. Extremely reasonable prices even though much is from foreign countries. (There were a few Made in USA but not many). However, the styles and fabrics are of an acceptable quality. Not cheap looking. Fashionable. Lots of variety and they had sufficient sizes. I would come back.

  I come to this Boscov's quite often. They have great clearance department were you can find goods up to 80% off. Whenever you go to the store there are new things are on a clearance. You can definitely find interesting staff. The store itself is very nice. Workers are very friendly and nice. Bathrooms are clean. Highly recommended.

  Disrespectful and cynical staff. Especially at the jewelry section. Unwilling to reply to questions and angry tone. Shops atmosphere is depressing and outdated. Most items' sizes are inadequate and out of stock. Smells like old food. Do not recommend.
