  Good experience! Nice change, usually Best buy employees are self assured, misinformed, "salesmen". This store was different. Every time the manager passed a customer he made sure someone Checked in with them. I had an associate in less than 5 minutes. They helped me get the tv I wanted and gave me a good discount on a surround sound system to go with it. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I wish every best buy was like this one.

  Worst customer service ever I stood for over 30 min in the car audio section with no one ever coming over to help and when I was leaving the person at the desk between the in and out doors was busy playing on his cell phone so when I finally got his attention & told him what happened all he could say was "sorry" . I was absolutely disappointed in the customer service they offer at this location. I guess they don't understand how easy it is for people to just order from Amazon and that soon enough they won't be employed. I work in customer service and realize I need my customers more than they need me.

  I am a Best Buy junkie. I really like that they honor price match which includes items sold by Amazon. I usually purchase the extended warranty since many of the items I buy are also used by my boys. I had no issues when returning broken or defective merchandise. Usually they refund my money. My only complaint is help is not always offered or readily available. I have to look for assistance and usually they may be busy with another customer. I always recommend this store.
